We just had to share some lovely feedback from a rewarding case.

"Thanks to your support, my children and I are reunited"

Dear Joanne, and PKS staff,

It has taken me a few days to gather my thoughts, and compose myself, as it has been a very emotional week, I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest sincere thanks to you and your entire team.

I am very pleased with the outcome of equal shared residence, and that brings me directly to the exceptional service I received from PKS. Speaking purely from my own experience and without any influence or bias. I can honestly say with confidence that everything from start to finish was outstanding. I have a strong understanding of what excellent customer experience looks like, and your team met, and in many ways exceeded, every expectation I had.
