Dear Joanne, and PKS staff, It has taken me a few days to gather my thoughts, and compose myself, as it has been a very emotional week, I wanted to take a moment to extend my deepest sincere thanks to you and your entire team. From the very first conversation with Joanne, I knew I was in good hands. Every person I have dealt with has been polite, warm, and responsive. My queries were handled promptly and professionally. On occasions where something might have stepped outside of your company’s usual policies, I was gently informed with a clear and honest explanation. I appreciated the respectful transparency. I have to also acknowledge the professionalism, dedication, and care shown by all contact supervisors. Contact supervision is an emotionally taxing experience, where one’s pride may have to be out on hold, it truly tests a parent’s strength and patience and commitment but your team helped make that journey feel safe, supportive, and even uplifting. Communication was always spot-on. Reliability, involvement, interaction, and compassion were constant. The care shown to me and my precious children was flawless. In fact, both my children and I came to genuinely look forward to spending time with the contact supervisors. The consistency of professionalism and impartiality shown by all three was above and beyond, there was even occasions of uncontrollable tears of laughter, as you never quite know what you might hear with the imagination of a 10 year old…. lol …This really says a lot about your company’s standards and ethos. I will be sharing my experience. Even the logistical aspects from payment reminders to session updates, were seamless. I have carefully reviewed everything and, honestly, I cannot find a single fault. Thanks to your support, my children and I are reunited. The reports were clear, detailed and honest. I will continue doing my part as a father to give my children the love, consistency, and stability they deserve. We will look back on this time as a difficult chapter, a bump in road, but we will remember the kindness and professionalism that helped us through it.
