Lucy Claydon has a vast amount of experiences in health and social care, her back ground is working with Children with severe mental health diagnosis, with a variety of settings, hospital, homes and in the community. Throughout her experience she worked as part of a multi-disciplinary team, liaising with other professionals such as the local authorities, schools and health professionals.
She gained experience in managing staff, and providing safe, secure and nurturing environments for young people to help and support them to achieve there outcomes to a high standard. With a good understanding of the quality standards and the equality act 2010. She is one of the designated lead staff for safeguarding children.
Throughout her experience she has completed NVQ level 3 in care, NVQ level 4 in working with families with complex needs, NVQ level 5 in leadership and management, Level 7 in Business management for Health and social care.
