Potton Kare services (PKS) is an independent social care agency . PKS was established over a decade ago by Sue Potton and Bernie Potton whom have many years of experience in the care industry and was first established from the local authorities asking us if we would undertake some work in the community with family’s, young people and children in addition to the Childrens homes we were running at the time.
Potton Kare Services offered a range of support to the Local Authorities such as family support, Welfare checks, supervised contacts and support to foster carers.
In 2018 we registered with CQC in order for us to support families who had children with disabilities and support, Potton Services was established and has since been rated as GOOD by CQC.
Since this time Potton Kare Services (PKS) and Potton Services (PS) have offered support to multiple families, young people and children across the country and have built up a good reputation for offering consistent and quality support.
In 2023 we merged PKS and PS to form ‘Potton Social Care Services’ . The group has a team of specialised family support workers, registered social workers, teaching staff, child carers and health care assistants who are experienced and qualified in working with families, vulnerable adults, young people and children.
