Keily Mason has been working with children and families for 10 years, initially in education before moving into the Social Care sector. She has experience in working with vulnerable people across different demographics, with varying ages, sexual orientations, races and religions. She is one of the designated lead staff for safeguarding children.
Keily has gained a Level 3 NVQ qualification in supporting children in learning, a HLTA qualification and a Level 5 NVQ qualification in Children, Young People and Families Manager - Community
She has attended training to support her in managing and supervising staff in line with trauma informed practices.
Keily is most proud of her knowledge of safeguarding and ability to respond effectively to safeguarding concerns.
